1. About Dynasty Media
Dynasty Media Ltd. provides creative and marketing services, including but not limited to photography, videography, branding, website design, social media management, content creation, graphic design, event coverage, and digital marketing.
2. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once planning, scheduling, or production has commenced.
Final payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Completed files, websites, or other deliverables may be withheld until payment has been received in full.
3. Project Timelines
Estimated completion dates are provided as a guideline and may change due to project revisions, client response times, weather, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing requested content, approvals, and feedback promptly to avoid delays.
4. Revisions
Most projects include a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal or agreement.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Photography and videography sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances at Dynasty Media's discretion.
If a client cancels a scheduled project after work has begun, deposits and completed work are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Dynasty Media retains ownership of all original creative work until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights outlined in their proposal or agreement.
Dynasty Media reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Respond to requests for approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, music, images, or other materials supplied to Dynasty Media.
Obtain any required permissions for locations or participants where applicable.
8. Website Services
While we build websites using industry best practices, Dynasty Media cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.
Clients are responsible for renewing domains, hosting, and third-party subscriptions unless covered under an ongoing maintenance agreement.
9. Digital Marketing
Marketing results vary based on industry, competition, budgets, market conditions, and customer behaviour. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, leads, or advertising performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Media Ltd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
11. Website Content
All information on this website is provided for general information only. We strive to keep content accurate and up to date but make no guarantees regarding its completeness or accuracy.
12. Third-Party Services
